LaunchReady (businessnameideas.co.uk) provides an AI-powered business name generator and a paid Starter Pack containing bespoke legal documents and step-by-step launch guides for UK-based businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and based in the United Kingdom to use this service. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Free tier

The business name generator is free to use. No account or registration is required. We apply a rate limit of 3 searches per IP address per hour to prevent abuse.

4. Paid Starter Pack

The LaunchReady Starter Pack costs £20 (GBP), as a one-time payment. It includes AI-generated legal documents tailored to your business and a personalised launch checklist with step-by-step guides.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. As the Starter Pack is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. You have access to your dashboard and documents indefinitely via your unique link.

6. Your dashboard link

After purchase, you receive a unique URL (UUID-based link) to access your dashboard. There is no traditional login — anyone with your link can view your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping this link secure. We recommend bookmarking it and not sharing it publicly.

7. AI-generated content

Business names and legal documents are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, this content is provided as a starting point and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

You should review all documents with a qualified solicitor before relying on them for your business. We accept no liability for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.

8. Name availability checks

Domain availability checks (via 123 Reg) and Companies House name searches are provided on a best-efforts basis. Results are indicative and may not reflect real-time availability. We recommend verifying availability directly before registering a name or domain.

9. Intellectual property

The legal documents and guides generated for your Starter Pack belong to you. You may use, modify, and distribute them for your business as you see fit.

The LaunchReady brand, website design, and underlying platform are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Starter Pack (£20).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
